CMS PF1-R8-RR with dual table 5' by 10' work area. This is a turret style machine with 8 ten horsepower spindles including a right angle head for horizontal boring and routing. This machine is ideal for jobs that require many operations.
CMS PF1-4T which is a linear head machine with 4 main 10 horsepower spindles
and 4 piggy back spindles. It also has a 5' by 10' work area and is ideal
for cutting panel products.
Fadal VMC5020 equipped with 5-axis rotary table and a 30 position tool changer. We keep it busy with relatively small and complex parts such as guitar necks and 4 sided tapered legs.
OTT Edgebander which applies everything from PVC tape to 3/4" solids. It is equipped with automatic trimming, polishing, profiling and edgesanding heads.
